Makes about 20 pieces
INGREDIENTS
100 g caster sugar
4 tablesp. honey
2 teasp. bread soda
200g chocolate, melted for coating
METHOD
Mix the sugar & honey together place over the heat – don't stir.
Allow the mixture to turn golden remove from the heat, stir in the bread soda, turn the mixture on to non stick paper & allow to cool.
Break into pieces and coat in the melted chocolate.
Allow to set.
