Singer Paolo Nutini has been found not guilty of driving under the influence (DUI) in a Scottish court.
The New Shoes hitmaker was arrested in Paisley in February (17) after he was accused of drinking vodka in a local bar before getting behind the wheel of his Mini Cooper.
His trial began on Tuesday (27Jun17).
He denied the allegations and on Wednesday (28Jun17) he was acquitted. He did not comment as he was exiting the court, according to BBC.com.
During testimony on Tuesday an eyewitness, who reported Nutini to the police, confirmed he saw the singer buy several vodkas before driving off, but he couldn't confirm the star actually drank the alcohol.
