Banoffee Ice Cream

 

Ingredients:

1 tin condensed milk

500mls double cream

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 large bananas - roasted

8 chocolate chip cookies - chopped into bite sized pieces

caramel sauce

 

Method:

1. In a large bowl mix together the condensed milk, double cream and vanilla extract.

2. Peel the roasted bananas and mash them up with a fork. Fold into the cream with the banana.

3. In a clean plastic container spread a small amount of ice cream mixture, drizzle caramel sauce on top and keep building up the layers. Place in the fridge over night to freeze.
