Homemade Burgers

 

Ingredients:

500g chuck, minced

150g short rib, minced

150g brisket, minced

1 teaspoon onion granules

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Seasoning salt and pepper

Vegetable oil

4 burger buns, lettuce, mayonnaise, caramelised onions, sundries tomato paste and cheese slices

 

Method:

1. In bowl mix together the three different cuts of minced meat with the onion granules and garlic powder. Don't over mix.

2. Divide the mixture into 4 and roll each option into a ball. Press down to flatten.

3. Place the 4 burger patties onto a lined tray and place in the fridge for a few hours to firm up.

4. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil and cook on each side for 4 minutes.

5. Toast the bun on one side, then spread mayonnaise on the bottom bun, and sun dried tomato paste on the other bun. Serve the burger with ice-berg lettuce,caramelised onions, bacon and cheese.
