Pour the Crispy Chicken Seasoning Mix in a large bowl.
Slice the chicken into thin strips and add to the seasoning. Mix together until nicely coated.
Oven cook: Pre-heat the oven to 225C (205C for fan assisted ovens)/Gas Mark 7. Place the strips of coated chicken evenly on baking tray. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and deliciously crispy.
2. Warm it up:
DO NOT OVEN HEAT OR MICROWAVE TORTILLAS IN THE PLASTIC PACKAGE.
Take the tortillas out of their packaging and separate them.
To heat with a microwave: put them on a microwaveable plate on full power for 30 seconds.
To oven heat: pre-heat the oven to 165C (it’s still 165C for fan assisted ovens)/Gas mark 3. Wrap the tortillas in foil and place on a baking tray in the oven for 7-9 minutes.
3. Stand, fill & top:
Serve straight from the oven for maximum crispiness.
Fill the Stand ‘N’ Stuff Soft Flour Tortillas with the crispy chicken and top with freshly diced tomatoes, chopped lettuce, Thick ‘n’ Chunky Salsa and a dollop of cooling soured cream.
