Clinical psychologist and CEO of St.Patrick's Mental Health Services, Paul Gilligan talks about how to help your children to deal with their grief.
His top tips are:
1. Be available to them
2. Give appropriate information
3. Allow them express their emotions
4. Support them
5. Look after your own emotions
6. Don't be afraid to seek professional help
