Sixty-Five Roses Day

Today marks "Sixty-Five Roses Day", the national fundraising day for Cystic Fibrosis Ireland, which helps more than one thousand three hundred people in Ireland who are living with the debilitating, genetic lung disease.

We were joined this morning by comic-book loving, personal trainer Ben Mudge, who could be described as Ireland's very own Thor, and who uses fitness to inspire a new generation of people living with C.F.
