Our guest this morning is a renowned sporting legend - Former British Olympian, three-time winner of the London Marathon, three-time champion of the New York Marathon and the 2002 Chicago Marathon winner, Paula Radcliffe is a household name.
Since retiring in 2015 Paula has started commentating with the BBC, while still getting her daily run in.
She is in Ireland today to meet runners of all abilities at the National Indoor Arena in Blanchardstown to share her knowledge and tips.
Paula joined us in the Ireland AM studio this morning for a chat on the couch.
