Gilly bars are homemade versions of flapjacks that are ideal snacks after exercise.
Dried skimmed milk: 100g
Dried Apricots: 100g
Sesame Seeds: 50g
Brown Sugar: 100g
Peanut Butter: 200g
Vegetable/Olive/coconut Oil: 2 tablespoons (just to help it all bind)
Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl. Place in a baking tray.
Bake for 10-15mins @ 180C.
Take out and leave to cool for about 30mins, then cut to divide it up into bars.
Leave the bars in the fridge so that they harden.
