For a snack during the day or if pushed for time in the morning, a smoothie is what you want. You can put anything into a blender, and 20 seconds later you have a healthy and nutritious snack.


  • Strawberry and almond smoothie

  • 4 ice cubes
    200g fresh strawberries or you can use frozen strawberries, if so you won't need the ice cubes
    1 cup chilled almond milk or soya
    2 tablespoons almond butter

  • Greek yogurt and Berry smoothie

  • 200g Greek strained yogurt
    100g blueberries
    100g raspberries
    100g strawberries
    1 banana
    Tablespoon of cinnamon
    Crushed ice


  1. Just throw everything in the blender and away you go!
