Healthy Fish Pie

Tomorrow morning David is making a healthy fish pie. Fish is full of vitamins and minerals and is a vital edition in your diet to obtain those essenial fatty acids.


  • 1 x Carrot

  • 1 x Celery

  • 2 x Tomato

  • Good handful of spinach

  • 1/2 Chili

  • Cheddar Cheese 200g

  • Bunch of Parsley

  • Lemon

  • Sweet Potato 400g

  • Nutmeg

  • Olive oil

  • Salt and Pepper

  • 500g fish mix - hake, ling, cod, salmon


  1. Chop potato into chunks, boil until cooked.

    Grate carrot, celery, cheese, chili and place into roasting dish. Add spinach, chopped parsley,and juice of lemon. Mix. Season with salt and pepper.

    Mash potato, adding nob of real butter, finely grate in a bit of nutmeg.

    Cover fish mix with potato and place in oven at 200c for 40 min.
