A mouth-watering and surprisingly easy Thai beef stir-fry

Ingredients

  • Chopped Onions 5 Grams Chopped garlic 1 Teaspoon Half a Sliced Red Pepper Thai Chilli's 3 Chopped in Half Soya Sauce 1 Table Spoon Fish Sauce 1 Tea Spoon Sugar ½ Tea Spoon Cornflour 1 Table spoon diluted in water for thickening Cooking Oil Beef Striploin Beef Sliced 6 Ounces

Method

  1. 1) Place oil in wok until hot. 2) Once Hot, please the chopped Garlic into the wok. 3) Leave the garlic to heat for 34 minutes. Once the Garlic is brown, insert the chopped onions, sliced red pepper and strips of beef together. 4) Mix together and allow to stir fry for 56 minutes. 5) Once the beef is brown, add soya sauce, sugar and fish sauce. Mix again and allow to stir fry for another 34 minutes. 6) Add corn flour for thickening, stir and leave for 2 minutes. This dish is best served with steamed rice, noodles or stir fried vegetables.
