A tasty twist on a popular favourite combining apple and caramel for a delicious sweet pizza.
Preheat the oven to 200C (180C with fan) gas mark 6
Place the bread mix into a large bowl and add the warm water. Kneed by hand or in a food mixer to form a dough. Then cover and allow to rest for 5 minutes. Tip onto a floured surface and cut into 8 pieces. Use a rolling pin to roll into mini pizza shaped rounds the thickness of a pound coin. Place on a large baking tray lined with baking parchment
Spread each 'pizza base' with a tablespoon of Carnation Caramel. Remove the core from the apples and then slice into thin wedges. Arrange the apples over the base
Sprinkle the granola over the pizzas then bake in the centre of the oven for 8 - 10 minutes until the base is crispy and the top is golden
