Don't put the BBQ away just yet!
After the weather took a dramatic turn yesterday, Met Eireann have revealed what sort of weather we can expect for the week ahead.
The national forecaster said:
“Monday will be a fresh day with variable cloud, some sunny spells and well scattered showers.
The showers will affect mainly the midlands and west, whereas many places will remain dry.
Highest temperatures of 16-21C - highest in the east.
Tuesday and Wednesday will be bright fresh days with a mix of cloud and sunny spells with scattered showers in places, but rainfall amounts will be small."
However, it looks like the good weather will be making a return next weekend with a signal for a lot of warm and dry conditions, the forecaster explained:
"It will be mostly dry and getting warmer again. Highs of 21 to 27 degrees."
