THIS is what the weather is set to be like on Christmas Day20th Dec 17 | News
Will it be a white Christmas?
It’s been a few years since we’ve seen snow at Christmas and for those of you wondering will we have a white Christmas this year, Met Eireann have released their early Christmas Day weather predictions.
And although it looks like it’s going to be a cold one, it doesn’t look like there’s going to be any snow.
This week has been pretty mild and dry so far and it looks like it’s set to remain like that with some showers and fog on Thursday night and Friday with temperatures remaining impressively high at 10 to 12C.
Saturday is predicted to be breezy with mist and drizzle and persistent rain over Ulster.
It’s going to be a dull and windy Christmas Eve with some rain later in the evening with rain forecasted for Christmas Day and temperatures set to dip in the evening and frost expected overnight.
We guess we’ll have to wait until next year for a white Christmas.
