John Mellencamp's son charged with public intoxication after restaurant fight18th Jul 17 | Entertainment News
Rocker John Mellencamp's son Speck has been arrested again following a fight in Indiana.
The 22-year-old has been charged with public intoxication and resisting law enforcement, according to multiple reports.
Police sources claim Speck was "very belligerent and unco-operative" with officers and medical personnel, who were treating him for his injuries at the scene outside a Bloomington restaurant on Sunday morning (16Jul17), before he was taken to a nearby hospital.
He was later arrested, charged and released on bail.
His brother Hud Mellencamp, who witnessed the fight, told police a man attacked Speck.
The Mellencamp brothers were charged with felony battery back in 2013 and Speck served 96 hours in jail.
