Texas couple Drew Bargsley proposed to his girlfriend Chelsea Townsend while Brooks was playing his hit Unanswered Prayers at the gig.

The singer realised something special was happening in the audience and congratulated the couple from the stage, asking them about their honeymoon plans.

He then said that he and his wife Trisha Yearwood would cover the costs of the pair's honeymoon if they decided to go to Hawaii.

The delighted couple happily agreed to hit the islands.

In video footage of the gig, smiling Chelsea can be seen waving to the singer and mouthing, "We'll go!"
