Actress Alyssa Milano is adapting her Hacktivist graphic novel for a new TV drama series.
The former Charmed star teamed up with writers Jackson Lanzing and Collin Kelly for the 2014 project, about two California-based social media innovators who double as hackers by night.
Now the story has been optioned by bosses at America's The CW network for a new show, according to Deadline.com.
Alyssa is not attached to star, but she will executive produce the series alongside Covert Affairs creators Matt Corman and Chris Ord, among others.
Casting details and a premiere date have yet to be revealed.
