It looks a whole lot more fun than a running machine.
Chances are, you were probably a kid mucking about with your friends last time you hopped on a trampoline.
However, it’s time to get back on it: Welcome to trampolining for adults. It’s becoming an increasingly popular way to get fit, as people realise the fun that can be had in swapping the treadmill for leaping about.
These particularly incredible acrobatics come courtesy of the Miami Fitness health club and spa in Casablanca, Morocco.
It’s worlds away from the lazy, haphazard jumping you probably did when you were younger. Instead, the high-energy class is designed to seriously make your thighs hurt afterwards.
It’s a sneaky way to get you in shape, because your energies will be so focused on jumping (and not falling off) that you’re likely to forget you’re actually working out.
And if you weren’t already tempted to try it, Miami Fitness also runs sunset classes overlooking the sea.
Unfortunately, if you’re in the UK, you probably won’t be able to enjoy trampolining with a sunset and sea view, but that doesn’t mean you have to miss out on trampolining entirely. Places like Jumping With Us and Jumping Julia offer a range of classes.

Because why painfully power through a workout in a sweaty gym when you can reclaim your childhood on a trampoline instead?
