On the 26th of June - Sean Quinn, his son Sean Quinn Jr. and his nephew, Peter Daragh Quinn, were found to be in contempt of court. The three were deemed to have taken steps to take Quinn Group's assets out of the reach of the IBRC, which was formerly known as Anglo Irish Bank.
