Blueberry Cinnamon Porridge

Thisis a super way to start your day! A nutritious and filling bowl of porridge with blueberries, seeds and cinnamon forfantastic taste, texture and enjoyment.

Great for:

· Slow digesting high fibre breakfast

· Hitting your five a day

· Filling you up

· An exercise day

Ingredients

· 70g cup oats

· 250ml almond milk

· 1 Tbsp. raisins

· 60g blueberries

· 1 tsp cinnamon

· ½ tsp nutmeg

· 1 pinch sea salt

Toppings

· Crushed almonds

· Blueberries

· Sunflower seeds

· Cacao nibs

· Almond milk

· Honey, 1 tsp.

Directions

1. Add the oats and nut milk to a saucepan.

2. Place the saucepan over a medium heat and cook the oats until they are soft.

3. Add the raisins, cinnamon, nutmeg, 1 Tbsp. of the blueberries and salt to the saucepan and stir well.

4. Once the porridge has thickened, turn off the heat and pour into a bowl.

5. Serve with blueberries, crushed almonds, cacao nibs, a splash of nut milk and a little honey
