2. Marinade the fish in an oven proof dish. Add in 2 tbsp of semolina, 2 cloves of garlic (finely chopped), 1 tsp fresh ginger (finely chopped), 1 tsp yellow mustard paste, 1 knob of butter, ¼ of a lemon (juice), ½ tsp of chili powder/ paprika and black pepper.
3. Add in peppers, red onion, sliced mushrooms, sliced florets of broccoli, cherry tomatoes, coriander, 2 potatoes thinly sliced round potatoes on top of the fish. Drizzle with olive oil and parmesan.
