We're launching our Mental Health week as Tuesday 10th is World Mental Health Day.
This morning we're joined by Dublin GAA Player Paul Flynn, who is an Ambassador for Pieta House since losing his friend Alan Leetch to suicide in 2012. He is also joined by the CEO of Pieta House, Brian Higgins.
Paul got involved and became an ambassador with Pieta House in 2012 when he lost one of his closest friends to suicide - Alan Leetch, a very outgoing lad who you'd never have expected it from.
Pieta House is a charity extremely close to Paul's heart as he feels there needs to be greater awareness generated about the services that Pieta House offers to help prevent suicide amongst other young males and females.
Paul is also extremely passionate about getting involved and highlighting the services that also support families and friends affected by suicide.
He says, "It's ok to talk about your feelings and what you're going through or if you're having a bad day. Let's remove the stigma around mental health issues".
The cold weather doesn't look like it's shifting any time soon which means our bodies are still at risk of catching nasty colds and flus. But what happens when your little one gets sick and begins to run a temperature?
