Ingredients:
2 Centra Avocados
125g/1 handful of Centra Raspberry Punnet
1 pinch of Cinnamon
0.5 Jar unsweetned Cocoa Powder
1 tbsp Coconut Milk
4 tbsp Honey
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
Method:
1. Peel the skin and remove the stones from the ripe avocados. Then place into a food blender and add the rest of the ingredients.
2. Blend until the mixture is smooth and has no lumps.
3. Refrigerate overnight. There will not be any taste of avocado in the mousse once it is left overnight.
4. Serve topped with raspberries
