With the italian game looming this weekend Marcus is going to make a duo of bruschetta.
Caprese Bruschetta
Ingredients
Good quality crusty bread
Olive oil
Garlic
Organic tomatos
Basil
Buffalo mozarella
Salt
Pepper
Method
Rub your garlic onto your bread, drizzle with olive oil and arrange sliced tomatoes on top layered with basil leaves and sliced buffalo mozarella
Sauteed Mushroom Bruschetta
Ingredients
Good quality crusty bread
Selection of mushrooms (organic is best)
Butter
Lemon juice
Salt
Pepper
Parsley
Method:
Heat butter in a pan, add mushrooms and after about 30 seconds, salt them and stir. Add pepper, another small knob of butter, a few drops of lemon juice and parsley. arrange on bread, impress your friends and enjoy
