TIME: 30 SECONDS FISH: TUNA
Choose your favourite bread, take your John West Tuna Mayo & Sweetcorn Spreadables out of the fridge and pop open the lid.
Using your knife, spread a thick layer (be generous, there are five servings in there) over a slice of your favourite bread – brown, white, crusty – get creative!
If you’ve got an extra thirty seconds on your hands, don’t be scared of adding a few fresh iceberg lettuce leaves to your tuna sandwich. It’ll give it a wicked crunch.
Place the other slice of bread on top, and pop the Fridge Pack in the fridge, where it’ll keep for the next five days.
