Gogglebox Ireland is multiplying in more ways than one tonight. Not only do we meet some of the Goggleboxer’s off-spring as they gather around the telly for that most Irish of festive TV treats, The Late Late Toy Show, but we are also informed by Jamie, one of the Cabra girls, that she is expecting a baby, as she shares pictures of her baby scan with her pals Lindsay, Ashley and Grainne.
Jamie, who is expecting her first child with her partner Jay, thinks the she can already see a resemblance in her scanned picture.
The Tullys, Adenugas and Gruffertys are all joined by their kids whilst Eileen's grandkids join herself and Angela.
The cast also catch Don't Tell The Bride (RTE2), The Airport Up In Knock (UTV Ireland), family favourite Home Alone on Sky Christmas and lots more great telly.
While tonight will see the last episode of the series air, Gogglebox fans shouldn’t be too disappointed as TV3 will air two specials in the run up to Christmas and the New Year.
Gogglebox Ireland: Maddest Moments, will air on Thursday 15th December at 9pm. Narrated by Rory Cowan, the special will show all the highlights from the first series 'Gogglebox Ireland.' TV3 will revisit the shows which brought the biggest reactions from The Tullys, Ryans, Naughtons, Tracie and Anita, David and John and all the other households - Emmerdale's Hollywood-style car crash, Frances Brennan’s duvet cover exploits, the terror of 'A Nightmare on Elm Street' and many more.
Then on Thursday 29th December at 9pm, Gogglebox Ireland: A Year of Great Telly will see Deirdre O'Kane talk us through highlights of the year's best TV moments from the first series of 'Gogglebox Ireland.' Eileen and Angela, The Ryans, The Adenugas, The Tully Twins, Tracie and Anita and all the cast give their views on entertainment and factual programmes, soaps, news and movies from 2016.
