Elaine Butler-Doolin

Elaine Butler-Doolin has worked in the Beauty Industry for over 18 years. In this time she has worked personally with some of the biggest names in Beauty. From Bronwyn Conroy to Eve Lom, Elaine has gained invaluable insights into Beauty Therapy by working closely with these people.

In May 2007 Elaine began writing for Social & Personal Magazine as the Beauty writer for the ‘Beauty Counter' pages within the magazine, and due to the success of these pages ‘Beauty Counter' has grown from 2 pages to 6 pages with Elaine recently becoming the Beauty Editor for Social & Personal. Elaine has also worked in some of Irelands most successful salons as both a Therapist and Senior Management figure. It is the fact that Elaine has worked in all levels of a Salon which gives her a unique insight into the working of a Salon from the floor up.

With regular appearances for beauty brands on TV and as a brand-guru for some of the biggest brands in the industry, coupled with the opening of her own Salon "Bespoke Beauty" in early 2010, Elaine's status has grown from consultant to ‘Cult-therapist' as she was named by Beaut.ie.

Elaine is constantly at the cutting-edge of technology in the Beauty Industry and is also the only Therapist outside of Manhattan to have been trained personally, in their New York Salon, by the world famous inventors of Brazilian & Hollywood Waxing: The J-Sisters.

Elaine has gone on to train as a Professional Beauty Therapy Tutor, qualifying with Honours in a course recognised by City & Guilds, N.A.B.T.E.T. & H.A.B.I.T.E.T. To date Elaines record as a tutor is 100% Pass rate.

Elaine also works as a Beauty Consultant working hand in hand with Salon owners, managers and therapists to streamline a business's systems in order to provide harmony in the Salon and further success for both the business and those working within it.
