The Hennessy family plummets into despair in tomorrow night’s (Thursday 26th March) Red Rock as Michael and David are both arrested and brought in for questioning following Katie’s incriminating statement. While Michael is grilled by no-nonsense Nikki, he comes dangerously close to cracking under the pressure.
Unfortunately Claire can’t protect both brothers from a potentially lengthy prison sentence so a second lawyer is drafted in to try and get David off the hook. Patricia reveals a few startling revelations about her misbehaving sons, as Claire is finally told about Darren Kiely blackmailing David.
As the Gardaí search the Kiely house for evidence to support Katie’s statement, there are more shocks in store as Bridget comes clean and confesses to stealing her dead son Darren’s blackmail money. However, victory prevails as it emerges Darren had €4,400, the same amount of money that went missing from Patricia Hennessy’s pub. Katie’s statement finally has backing, and it looks like the case against the Hennessy’s is closing in.
Meanwhile, down at the station, local thug Daniella McCarthy, who is known for her revolting ‘gobbing’ at Gardaí and extremely violent behaviour, gives Sharon a savage beating at work. Despite being subjected to a second battering, Sharon valiantly carries on with her day, proving that she won’t be broken down easily. Was this another set-up by bully-boy Brian or is Sharon just overly paranoid? Superintendent James McKay is concerned for Sharon’s wellbeing and suggests she go home, but his pleas fall on deaf ears as a defiant Sharon stays on at work.
‘Red Rock’ airs every Wednesday and Thursday at 8.30pm on TV3.

NOTES TO EDITOR
Red Rock - Episode 24
Thursday 26th March at 8:30pm TV3
Crime is a game for all the family it seems as David and Michael are dragged in for questioning. While Michael is grilled by no-nonsense Nikki, he comes dangerously close to cracking under the pressure. Claire supports him and answering “no comment” seems to be the wisest choice of words.
Unfortunately Claire can’t protect both brothers from the less than glamorous jail cells and a second lawyer is drafted in to try and save David’s backside. Patricia reveals a few startling revelations about her misbehaving sons, as Claire is finally told about Darren Kiely blackmailing David.
A troublesome criminal gives Sharon a serious beating at work, and despite being subjected to a second battering, she continues on. Superintendent James McKay is concerned for Sharon’s wellbeing and suggests she go home, but his pleas fall on deaf ears as a defiant Sharon stays on at work.
Katie’s apologies to Vincent fall on deaf ears. Feeling ostracised, she decides to move out of the Kiely house.
