More than 1.5 million tuned in to 3e
this week for ‘I’m a Celeb’.
‘I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here!’ is continuing to pull in the viewers this week after Sunday night’s series premiere became the most watched show on 3e this year.
‘I’m a Celeb’ has averaged 353,800 viewers with a 21.46% share to date on 3e (Individuals), representing a 12.6% increase in viewing (000s terms) on the same period last year.
To date, over 1.5 million Individuals or approximately 36.5% of the available viewing population have tuned in to watch the goings on in the jungle (main show, I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here Now! and repeats combined).
‘I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here!’ continues on 3e tonight (Friday 21st November) at 9pm.
I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! ratings have been soaring this week on 3e, with more than 1.5 million viewers tuning into the main show, I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here Now! and repeats, since the show returned on (Sunday 15th November).
The main show has averaged 353,800 viewers with 21.46% share to date on 3e (Individuals) which represents a 12.6% increase in viewing (000s terms) on the same period last year.
Each of the four main episodes to date have rated stronger, for Individuals, than their 2013 equivalent.
The series premiere reached 653,000 viewers or 15.8% of the available viewing population, with an average of 392,500 viewers watching across the 90-minute episode with a 22.77% share. This is the highest ratings achieved by 3e for an I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! series premiere, up 15.7% on last year’s (000’s terms) and it was the highest rating programme of the year so far on the TV3 sister channel.
The reality television show is once again a massive hit with young audiences, posting a 36.37% and 34.02% share average for Adults 15-24 and Women 15-34 respectively.
The jungle spin-off show I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here Now! is also holding its own this year. Presented by Irish beauty Laura Whitmore, along with Joe Swash and Rob Beckett, it has averaged 115,300 viewers and a 9.93% share (Individuals) throughout the week.
The series has been full of jungle drama already with TOWIE star Gemma Collins quitting the show and the entrance of two new contestants, Jake Quickenden and Edwina Currie. Not to mention, Irish model turned singer Nadia Forde setting pulses racing with her homemade bark bikini!
‘I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here!’ continues on 3e tonight (Friday 21st November) at 9pm.
