Strawberry and almond smoothie
4 ice cubes
200g fresh strawberries or you can use frozen strawberries, if so you won't need the ice cubes
1 cup chilled almond milk or soya
2 tablespoons almond butter
Greek yogurt and Berry smoothie
200g Greek strained yogurt
Tablespoon of cinnamon
Just throw everything in the blender and away you go!
