1 butterflied pork chop/2 thin pork chops
Red wine vinegar
Season your pork and place on a grill/in a pan.
Mince some garlic and add into a bowl with oregano, salt and chili flakes, add vinegar and let sit for about a minute, add oil and parsley.
You should be left with a thick and chunky sauce full of flavour.
Remove your pork from the grill and transfer into a chopping board, cut into strips and drizzle with chimmichurri, serve with crusty bread or salad.
