Kildare defender Morgan O'Flaherty and Laois attacker Billy Sheehan have had their suspensions upheld by the Leinster Council.
Both players appealed the bans they received as a result of last month's O'Byrne Cup brawl.
Despite producing a witness and photographs to assist his case, O'Flaherty's eight-week ban stood.
Sheehan's four-week ban suspension was also upheld, meaning that he is unavailable for Laois' NFL opener against Tipperary in O'Moore Park on Saturday evening.
