Tyrone's star forward Stephen O'Neill could miss the entire NFL campaign after dislocating an elbow in the Dr McKenna Cup final defeat to Donegal at Enniskillen.
O'Neill top-scored for the Red Hands, who were four points ahead when he was forced off 10 minutes into the second half.
Holders Donegal staged a comeback, and sealed a dramatic 1-11 to 0-13 victory when David Walsh grabbed the only goal of the game in the tenth minute of stoppage time.
