Bosses on 'The Only Way is Essex' have warned cast members about their behaviour.
Stars including Gemma Collins, Billi Mucklow and Mario Falcone all walked out last week over the long-working hours and lack of pay on the ITV2 show, but producers have sent letters to them telling them to pull it together and ''get on with it''.
A source told The Sun newspaper: ''Bosses aren't prepared to take any nonsense. They know some cast member shave been complaining about long hours and low pay but have told them to stop whingeing and get on with it.
''Producers are particularly annoyed about time keeping and the way some of them treat production staff.''
As a result their timekeeping is now being checked, an issue which previously saw Lauren Goodger briefly suspended from filming.
The source added: ''The stars have been told they have to start arriving on time and must be respectful to the crew.
''They have been told nobody is bigger than the show - and if they don't like it they should leave as there are loads of other people who'd replace them in a heartbeat.''
