Ireland's Economy is set to grow in 2012 as a new outlook by business group IBEC says the weaker Euro is actually a benefit to us here.

Today's Economic Outlook from IBEC claims the economy here will grow by 1% in 2012. It says falling interest rates will save the average mortgage holder €2000 this year with the weaker euro will be a major benefit to Ireland by helping our export led recovery.

But IBEC warns people still aren't spending their spare cash, something which is not expected to be helped by the bad weather.
