Deana Uppal was blasted by her 'Big Brother' housemate Luke Anderson after claiming she used to be a man.

The 23-year-old beauty played a prank on Becky Hannon by telling her she'd had a sex change, but the joke didn't go down too well.

Deana told Becky: ''I used to be a man. I thought you knew. Thought you'd read up on me.

I don't want to make you uncomfortable, I thought you knew.'' Becky then ran to tell her housemates, saying: ''Deana just told me she's a full-on man. She has had surgery and everything.''

Transgender Luke - who is making the transition from being a woman to man - was initially speechless before confronting Deana in a furious rage about her insensitivity.

He said: ''Why are you f***ing joking about something like that? It's not funny.

Don't you think it's a little bit insensitive? ''You could have picked anything but that. I find it hard.

''It's not funny to me, it's really close to home for me.'' Deana insisted she wasn't trying to cause offence. She said: ''Oh no! Please don't be offended.

Please don't be insulted. It was just a prank.'' Deana and Lydia Louisa are both up for eviction this week.
