A former priest was sentenced at the Dublin Circuit Criminal Court today for downloading hundreds of images of child pornography.

Oliver O' Grady pleaded guilty after 65,000 graphic images of children were found on his laptop. He admitted to three counts of possession of child pornography, after leaving his computer on a flight from Amsterdam.

O'Grady had been previously convicted for abusing two children in California. After serving a seven-year sentence, he was deported back to Ireland.
