A postmortem examination is due to be carried out on the body of a man found at a waste sorting facility in Co Kerry.
The body was discovered by workers at the recycling plant after a dump truck brought rubbish to the facility at around 4pm on Friday.
It is understood that the body was laying in a skip or industrial-sized wheelie bin and was emptied into the lorry by refuse staff with the other contents.
The scene has been preserved and the State pathologists' office has been notified.
A postmortem is due to take place at Tralee General Hospital this morning.
