Tommy Martin


Tommy Martin joined TV3 from Dublin's 98 in 2007. 

 

He will be a familiar face to TV3 viewers after stints presenting Sports Tonight and News at 5.30. Tommy has covered a variety of sporting events and occasions for TV3, including the Republic of Ireland and League of Ireland soccer. 

 

He also shared touchline reporting during TV3's Championship Live coverage last year.  An enthusiastic player but ardent soccer fan,

 

Tommy's dry wit, intelligence and internet musings led to him winning the 2007 Irish Blog Awards, it is now available at www.tv3.ie/sport.  

 

Born in Scotland, but raised in Donegal, Tommy is engaged to be married later this year.
